Steve Ledford has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Currently, they are working at Technoprobe as the Executive Vice President of Product Management since July 2023. Before that, they were employed at Teradyne from August 2013 to July 2023, where they held the position of Device Interface Solutions General Manager. Steve'sresponsibilities included overseeing the design, manufacturing, and consulting engagements for SOC ATE device interfaces. From July 2008 to August 2013, Steve worked at Advantest as the Director of Global Production Solutions. In this role, they developed a seamless software architecture that improved process efficiency. Prior to that, Steve was employed at Verigy as the Software Tools Manager from August 2000 to July 2008. During their time there, they played a key role in introducing the 93000 SOC tester and developed software techniques for SOC testing. Steve started their career at Motorola Semiconductor, where they held two roles. From September 1997 to June 2000, they served as an Operations Manager, leading the team that introduced low voltage flash memories and pioneered high parallel embedded memory testing. Steve also worked as a Product Manager from May 1990 to September 1997, focusing on microcontroller development for the wireless market, leading to significant business growth and establishing the foundation for System-on-a-Chip (SoC) design.

Steve Ledford earned an Associate of Arts degree in Engineering from Florida College from 1986 to 1988. Following this, from 1988 to 1990, they attended the University of Florida, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering. After a gap, from 2007 to 2010, Steve Ledford enrolled at the University of Alabama at Birmingham, obtaining a Master of Business Administration degree with a specialization in Business.
