Artem Lukin has a diverse work experience in various leadership and sales roles. In 2003, they started their career as a Sales Manager at Biesse Group, where they successfully secured large contracts and built strong relationships with clients. From 2007 to 2013, they worked at KAMI Group as the Director of Sales and Development, where they significantly increased the company's market share and implemented strategic efforts to improve repeat transactions. In 2014, they became the CEO of KAMI for a short period. From 2015 to 2018, they served as the Director of Sales and Development at SPECPROMKOM GROUP, where they achieved numerous accomplishments such as launching the first company in Russia specializing in industrial outsourcing and services, doubling annual revenue growth, expanding the product portfolio, and attracting key partnerships. In 2018, they founded TECHNORED and also served as the CEO, as well as the Director of Sales and Development at TECHRED - UNIVERSAL-ROBOTS DISTRIBUTOR IN RUSSIA.
Artem Lukin attended Moscow State Industrial University (MSIU) from 2003 to 2008, where they earned a specialist degree in "Automatization of technological and production processes" with a focus on Economics, Management, and IT. In 2012, they also completed a program in Negotiating Skills at Scotwork. In 2018, Artem briefly attended Stanford University to study Leadership and design thinking.
