Ansha Yassin is a pioneer in the coffee industry with nearly 30 years of experience in agronomy, quality assurance, export management, and marketing. Currently serving as the Marketing and Quality Manager at TechnoServe, Ansha is also the Co-Founder of CoQua Lab, where they continue to advocate for coffee quality and sustainability. As the first Ethiopian Q Instructor and only the third in Africa, Ansha has significantly contributed to empowering coffee farmers, particularly women, and connecting high-quality Ethiopian coffee to global markets. Passionate about innovation and impact, Ansha remains dedicated to shaping the future of the coffee industry with a focus on quality, sustainability, and inclusivity.
