Bayella Thiam

Bayella THIAM is an accomplished professional currently serving as the Regional Director for West Africa at TechnoServe since April 2024, with a focus on business development and program management. Bayella Thiam has extensive experience in various leadership roles, including positions on the Board of Directors for multiple companies since January 2017, showcasing skills in talent management and relationship building. Previously, Bayella Thiam was the General Manager at ADM Nigeria from February 2019 to June 2023, and held the role of Business Development Director for both ADM Animal Nutrition and the Neovia Group, where a strong emphasis was placed on talent management and compliance. Bayella Thiam holds an MBA from HEC Paris and a Master’s Degree in Business and Marketing in the Food Industry from AgroSup Dijon.
