Cara Hayes

Cara Hayes is an experienced professional in international development and program management, currently serving as Program Director for Hatching Hope at TechnoServe. Previously, Hayes held multiple roles at Resonance, including Director of Partnership & Private Sector Engagement, and served as Senior Program Development Manager for East Africa at TechnoServe. At Winrock International, Hayes progressed through several positions, culminating in Deputy Director of New Business Services. Hayes also gained valuable experience as a Consultant for International Corporate Volunteerism at Pyxera Global. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Foreign Service with a focus on Culture and Politics from Georgetown University and a Master of Arts in International Development Studies from The George Washington University.
