Caroline Dery

Caroline Dery, currently serving as the Senior Gender and Youth Manager at TechnoServe, provides technical direction for gender and youth initiatives within the HAPPY project. With extensive experience at Catholic Relief Services since 2011, Caroline has held various roles, including Gender and Safeguarding Focal Point, Project Manager for key health projects, and Senior Project Officer for Savings and Internal Lending Communities. Caroline has also worked as a Gender Equality and Social Inclusion Specialist at Democracy International, influencing inclusivity for USAID activities. Caroline holds two master's degrees from the University for Development Studies in Peace and Development Studies and a Bachelor of Science in Community Nutrition, demonstrating a strong academic foundation in development-focused areas.
