Caroline McKay

Program Development Analyst

Caroline McKay, MPH, has a diverse background in public health and program development. Caroline served as an English Teaching Assistant at the Ministère de l'Éducation nationale from September 2019 to April 2020 and as a Program Associate and Senior Program Associate at FHI 360 from February 2021 to February 2022. At the UNC Gillings School of Global Public Health, Caroline held roles as a Graduate Research Assistant in both the Department of Health Behavior and the Office of Global Health between August 2022 and July 2023. Caroline's practical experience includes a position as a Program Support Intern with Impact Global Health Alliance in May 2023, assisting the KIKOP team in Kisii County, Kenya. Currently, Caroline is a Program Development Analyst at TechnoServe, a role started in November 2024. Additionally, Caroline contributed to the Pennsylvania Democratic Party as a Volunteer Leader from September to November 2020. Caroline earned a Bachelor of Arts in International Economics and French, graduating Cum Laude from the University of Notre Dame, and is pursuing a Master of Public Health with a focus on Global Health at the UNC Gillings School of Global Public Health.
