Dula Afework

Dula Afework is an Agronomy Program Manager with over 15 years of experience in agricultural and rural development, focusing on livelihoods, cooperative development, and agricultural value chains. Dula has held multiple roles at TechnoServe since 2009, including Senior Program Manager and Senior Agronomy Advisor, where they have led efforts to support smallholder farmers and implement impactful projects. Additionally, Dula served as a Field Manager and ICS Coordinator at Tradin Organic from 2018 to 2021. They are committed to creating sustainable change in rural communities through effective regenerative agricultural development initiatives.
