Laura Harwig

Laura Harwig has extensive experience in international development and program management, currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at TechnoServe since July 2025. Previously, Laura held roles at Tetra Tech as Chief of Party for the USAID Climate Adaptation Support Activity, and as Deputy Chief of Party at Fintrac Inc for the same activity. Laura's leadership experience includes serving as Chief of Party and Program Director for Feed the Future Partnering for Innovation, where Laura led initiatives to support over 1 million smallholder farmers globally. Laura also held significant roles in Fintrac Inc, including Vice President of Field Services and Business Development, and Director of Program Management, focusing on complex agriculture and food security programs funded by USAID. Early career experiences include positions at The Global Leadership Foundation and the Foundation for International Medical Relief of Children. Laura holds a B.A. in International Relations and Economics from William & Mary and further education from the School for International Training.
