Leonard Moatlhodi

Leonard Moatlhodi is an experienced management consultant with a background in business coaching, operations, and sales and marketing. Begining as a Junior Consultant at Randall Management Consultants, Leonard assisted in training workshops and redesigned training programs to enhance competitiveness. At Lenvister Management Consultants, leadership was demonstrated as Chief of Operations, focusing on business consultancy services for growth and sustainability. As a Business Coach at the Institute of Entrepreneurial Development Botswana, high-quality training and technical assistance were provided to entrepreneurs. Leonard also worked as a Management Consultant in a freelance capacity, before becoming a Business Analyst at the Local Enterprise Authority, where advisory roles included guiding youth in creating business associations. Currently serving as a Business Advisor at TechnoServe, Leonard's educational background includes an Insurance COP from Botswana Accountancy College and a degree in Entrepreneurship and Business Leadership from Sheffield Hallam University.
