Luana Higobassi is a TechnoServe Fellow with a degree in Civil Engineering from the Universidade Estadual de Campinas (UNICAMP), which was completed in 2025. Currently, Luana is engaged in a fellowship with TechnoServe after serving as an Associate Consultant Intern at Bain & Company, where they contributed to strategic corporate projects. Prior experience includes roles as a marketing leader and people management advisor at PROJEC, as well as internships focused on logistics and consulting at ILOS and Peers Consulting & Technology, respectively.
