Oscar Artiga

Oscar Artiga is the Global Entrepreneurship Deputy Director at TechnoServe, where they oversee the implementation of entrepreneurship programs across Central America. Originally from El Salvador, they have spent the last decade living in Chile and Nicaragua, and have over nine years of experience in the development sector. Oscar has worked in various capacities within TechnoServe, including as the Central America Entrepreneurship Program Director and Chief of Party for business accelerators in multiple countries. They hold an MBA from Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez in Chile and a BS in industrial engineering from Universidad Centroamericana in El Salvador, and have served as a professor in risk management at Universidad Thomas More.
