Richard Pluke

Richard Pluke is an Agribusiness and Food Systems Specialist with over 15 years of experience in international rural development across South America, Asia, and Africa. They hold a Ph.D. in Entomology and Farming Systems and have managed various projects focusing on evidence-based learning and sustainable agricultural practices. Richard has collaborated with farmers and stakeholders to drive improvements in food safety and agricultural productivity, serving in leadership roles with organizations such as TechnoServe and the Global Alliance for Improved Nutrition. Currently, they are pursuing a BSc in Biology at Durham University and an MSc in Tropical Agronomy at the University of Nottingham, while also continuing their work in regenerative agriculture.
