Rupali Awade

Rupali Awade is a seasoned professional in women empowerment and gender issues, currently serving as Sr. Manager for Women Economic Empowerment and Gender at TechnoServe. With a comprehensive background, Rupali has held various roles such as Senior Consultant at Spandan Features and Senior Program Manager at Landesa, where they focused on developing women's resource centers and training programs. They previously contributed as a Gender and Development expert at the International Center for Research on Women and directed projects aimed at combating child marriage. Rupali earned an M.Phil in Sociology from Barkatullah Vishwavidyalaya and has been dedicated to advancing gender equity and improving livelihoods for adolescents and women throughout their career.
