Sandi Crawford

Sandi Crawford is an accomplished procurement and award management professional with extensive experience in international development and compliance administration. Currently serving as the Director of Global Procurement at TechnoServe since October 2025, Sandi previously held multiple senior roles at ACDI/VOCA including Award Management Advisor, Vice President of Award Administration and Acquisition Services, and Senior Director of Award Management Systems, where responsibilities encompassed compliance guidance, operations management, and support for prime awards. Prior experience includes Contracting Officer I at FHI 360, Senior Contracts Administrator at The Urban Institute, and Contracts Manager at the American College of Nurse-Midwives. Sandi began a career in program coordination and management with a foundation in research at Georgetown University Medical Center and the American Society for Engineering Education.
