Sarah Bove is a Program Director for the Women IN Business (WIN) program, focusing on women’s economic empowerment in Mozambique. With over 16 years of experience in international development, they currently serve as the Deputy Program Director for WIN and provide advisory services on gender-sensitive programming at TechnoServe Mozambique. Previously, Sarah founded and managed IKURU, an ethical fashion label aimed at empowering women from vulnerable backgrounds. They have held various roles in international organizations, including M&E officer and gender focal point at the Aga Khan Foundation and project assistant at the International Organisation for Migration. Sarah holds a Master's degree in International Development from the Lisbon University Institute and a Bachelor's degree in Social Studies from McGill University.
