Thiago Chang is currently the Operations Director for Strategic Initiatives at TechnoServe, where they work with multinational corporations to develop innovative business models aimed at creating shared value in emerging markets. With a background in chemical engineering from Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais, Thiago gained extensive experience in management consulting at Bain & Company and led strategic projects with the Ethiopian Agricultural Transformation Agency. Additionally, they have volunteered with organizations focused on human rights and education in Laos and Zimbabwe, and continue to support Young Africa as an advisor. Thiago is also a graduate of the prestigious Schwarzman Scholars program at Tsinghua University, where they earned a Master's Degree in Global Affairs.
