William Warshauer currently serves as the CEO of TechnoServe, overseeing market-based poverty alleviation programs across 29 countries and representing the organization at international conferences. Prior to this role, Warshauer was the Chief Operating Officer at Pact, managing global operations valued at $200 million, and the Executive Vice President at Voxiva, where significant revenue growth was achieved in international health and development projects. Warshauer has also held senior positions at Population Services International, Ashoka, and America's Drug Forum, demonstrating extensive experience in business development and strategic planning. Education includes a Master's degree in Public Affairs from Princeton University and a Bachelor's degree in English from Yale University.
