Mechanical Design Engineer at Technosoft Engineering

Ajay Panchal has a total of three years of work experience in the field of mechanical design engineering. Ajay is currently employed at Technosoft Engineering as a Mechanical Design Engineer since August 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Electrolab Group from September 2020 to June 2021, where they designed and developed cost-effective accessories for pharmaceutical testing machines, modified machines according to USP standards, and created machine part prototypes using 3D printing. Ajay also has experience as a Junior Design Engineer at Kiron Hydraulic Needs Private Limited (KHNPL) from January 2018 to September 2020. At KHNPL, they designed and prepared detailed drawings of conveyors, elevators, platforms, hoppers, silos, and base frames used in food processing, chemical, oil, and gas industries. Ajay also developed and analyzed various types of vibratory shakers for food products used in the industry.

Ajay Panchal completed their education in a chronologically progressive manner. Ajay first attended Sri Ma Vidyalalaya for their S.S.C degree, although the specific start and end years are unknown. Ajay then pursued their H.S.C degree at B.N.Bandodkar College of Science from 2011 to 2013. Afterward, they attended Vidyavardhinis College of Engineering and Technology Vidyavardhinis College Campus Vasai Road (Western Railway) Dist Thane 401 202, where they completed their Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from 2013 to 2017.

In addition to their formal education, Ajay Panchal has obtained various certifications. Ajay completed the Diploma in Product Design from CADD Centre Training Services Pvt Ltd. in June 2017. Ajay also acquired additional skills through online courses. Ajay earned certifications such as "Excel Essential Training (Office 365/Microsoft 365)" from LinkedIn in September 2020, and "Build Your Excel Skills," "Excel: Advanced Formulas and Functions," "G-Code Programming for CNC Foundations," "In the Shop: Manufacturing," and "Introduction to Mill and Lathe Operation," all from LinkedIn in June 2022.
