Nagendra T K has extensive work experience in various companies and roles. Nagendra started their career in 2005 as an Engineer Design at Applicomp(india) Ltd, Bangalore and Videocon Industries Ltd. In this role, they were involved in structure design and documentation, as well as participating in value engineering meetings.

Nagendra then moved on to work at Whirlpool Corporation in 2007 as a Senior Engineer, Projects. Here, they served as a robust product design and modular architecture mentor for refrigeration projects and platform teams in India. Nagendra was proficient in various tools such as DFMEA, QFD, Six Sigma, and value engineering. Nagendra'sfocus was on modular architecture and reducing part count for standardized interfaces across the globe.

In 2011, Nagendra joined Tech Mahindra as a Module Lead at Thermofisher Scientific Inc. Nagendra was responsible for the design and development of interior and cabinet modules for a blood bank refrigerator. Furthermore, they coordinated with technology teams globally to develop common modules for standardization and reduce design lead time.
