Nahyan Jasim has over 8 years of professional experience in recruitment, HR management and sales. In 2022, they joined Technosoft Solutions as a Senior Lead Technical Recruiter. Nahyan then joined Programmers Force as a Senior Technical Recruiter Team Lead/Consultant, where they managed a 360 full recruitment cycle in-House Human resources technical recruitment and was responsible for leading teams with direct reports. In the same year, they joined Magnatec Systems as a Senior Technical Recruiter Team Lead/HR Managerial Operations, where they were responsible for maintaining and upgrading the quality of work and motivating people to constantly deliver work to client’s satisfaction. In 2021, they joined US Tech Solutions as a Sr. Technical Recruiter. In 2018, they joined Auctis Corporation as a Sr.Technical Recruiter/Recruitment Manager, where they sourced, screened, interviewed and evaluated candidates from Oil & Gas, Telecom, IT, Banking & Finance, Health care, Hospitality & Tourism sectors in the US market. In 2019, they worked as a freelance Recruitment Training Manager/Consultant, where they provided training needs to the newly hired recruitment teams specifically for UK healthcare recruitment's related to Nursing and care homes all over the UK. In 2016, they joined Winston Recruitment Ltd. as a Recruitment Operations Manager (Team Lead Technical Recruitment), where they were responsible for head hunting candidates for the right vacancy, arranging interviews, preparing their details for interview, and keeping a close eye on recruitment market in health and social sector recruitments. In 2017, they worked as a Recruitment Manager/Recruitment consultant (contract) project based, where they provided training and development services to the newly establish companies with the recruiting process and business operation. In 2014, they joined Zong CMPak Ltd as a Team Coordinator (Customer Services Representative). In 2013, they joined Tellsonic Trading co. Ltd China as a Sales Manager (Foreign Trade), where they were responsible for providing assistance in import/export of the products and custom clearance issues of the company as well as local in Pakistan and in China.

Nahyan Jasim has a diverse educational background. Nahyan completed a B.A from the University of the Punjab. Nahyan is currently enrolled in Allama Iqbal Open University, where they are pursuing an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Human Resource Management. Nahyan also has a F.A from board of intermediate lahore in general and a Matriculation from American Lycetuff School lahore in science.
