Melany Orgera

Melany Orgera holds an MBA from Fordham Gabelli School of Business, an MA and Ed.M in Counseling in Psychology from Columbia University, and a BA in Political Science and Educational Studies from Emory University. Currently serving as a Consultant at Technossus since July 2019, Melany specializes in business acceleration and transformation in the Healthcare, Financial Services, and Bio-Sciences Industries. Previous experience includes roles as a Change Management Consultant at Berger Schatz and Lloyd, where Melany developed comprehensive change management strategies. Melany has also held positions focused on program and project management at Vibrant Emotional Health and the NFL, where responsibilities included supervising crisis counseling teams and implementing mental health initiatives.
