Julie Samuels

Julie Samuels is the President and Executive Director at Tech:NYC, where Julie represents New York's tech industry and focuses on attracting talent and jobs to the city. Julie is also a Partner at Hangar and has a background in technology entrepreneurship advocacy and intellectual property issues. With a JD from Vanderbilt University Law School and a BA in Journalism from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, Julie has a strong foundation in law and media.
