Ragy Thomas

Ragy Thomas is a prominent entrepreneur and technology executive, currently serving as the Founder and Co-CEO of Sprinklr since September 2009, where the mission focuses on enhancing customer satisfaction through a unified platform for customer-facing functions. Additionally, Ragy founded Lyearn in June 2016 and has been involved with Tech:NYC since June 2018. Ragy is actively engaged as a Board Member of the New York CTO Club since 2003 and has held advisory roles in various startups such as Playpower and Cloth. Previously, Ragy served as President of Epsilon Interactive Services Group, Chief Technology Officer at Bigfoot Interactive, and held key technology roles at Advaya and Goodmail Systems. Ragy holds an MBA from NYU Stern School of Business and a BTech in Computer Science and Engineering from Pondicherry Engineering College.
