Sumita Das possesses a diverse background in algorithmic talent matching and process management, currently serving as an Algorithmic Talent Match Specialist at Techolution since September 2019 and as an Associate Process Manager at eClerx Digital since May 2019. Prior experience includes a Marketing Intern role at Oasis Centre for Reproductive Medicine in early 2018 and a Summer Intern position focused on mobile train and radio communication systems at Northeast Frontier Railway in mid-2014.
