Prior to this, Layla has held various roles in companies such as HSBC, Deutsche Bank, Lloyds Banking Group, Financial Conduct Authority, and the UK Ministry of Justice. Layla has experience in procurement, vendor management, cost optimization, commercial management, and project management.
