Steve Kihiu is the Head of Data & Analytics at TechPlain, where they focus on building the Data & Analytics function while ensuring the quality and effectiveness of BI tools and models. With over ten years of experience in data science and analytics, they have previously held roles such as Analytics Manager at HFC Kenya and Business Intelligence Team Lead at Wasoko. Steve has demonstrated a strong capability in driving business growth through data-driven insights and has led multiple teams in enhancing operational efficiency. They hold a Master of Science in Data Science from the University of East London and are pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology.
