Jeff McDowell. CSSBB

Jeff McDowell is a C5I professional with over thirty-seven years of experience in project management, process improvement, and lifecycle requirements management. Currently serving as a Manager at TechPride and as President of JBI Solutions L.L.C, Jeff provides project management and IT governance support to the Federal Government. Previously, Jeff held the position of Operations and Program Director at FedSync, where they implemented and managed various business functions while overseeing ISO 9001 standards. Additionally, Jeff worked as an Information Technology Specialist for the US Coast Guard from 2002 to 2020. Jeff holds a Master of Science in Management Information Systems from Strayer University and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems from Hawaii Pacific University.
