Katie Cesafsky

Katie Cesafsky has a diverse work experience in the fields of strategy, communications, change management, and business development. Katie is currently working at TechPride as a Functional Lead in Organizational Strategy and Change Management, where they focus on implementing strategic plans, managing change communications, improving processes, and developing business opportunities. Prior to this, Katie worked at JPI as a Manager in Strategy and Communications, where they led client initiatives in strategy development, communication planning and execution, and organizational change management for Federal clients. Katie has also pursued higher education, obtaining an MBA and an MA in Communications from Johns Hopkins University. Additionally, Katie has experience working as a Communications Consultant at Chicago 2016 and as a Senior Account Executive at Hill & Knowlton, Public Relations.

Katie Cesafsky completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from Fairfield University in the years 1999 to 2003. Katie then pursued a Masters Degree in Business Administration from The Johns Hopkins University during the period from 2008 to 2010. Prior to their university education, Katie attended Hinsdale Central High School, but no specific years or degrees were provided for this educational experience.
