Aishwarya Seshadri

Aishwarya Seshadri is a focused Management Professional with 15 years of extensive knowledge and experience in Human Resources Programs Services and Operations. She joined TechProjects during Jan 2013 and has set her foot in all the functions of the company, and wearing many hats, is now heading the Global Operations of the company. She gives directions to HR team, Contracts teams, Immigration/Legal Teams, & Accounting teams. By taking the directions directly from the President of the company. she is over all responsible for day-to-day operations, which also includes interacting with employees & sub-contractors, and communicate with various customer contacts.

She oversees various teams and works closely with the Senior Management team to identify the Short- and Long-term goals and objectives. She also helps in planning and implementing budgets, policies, and procedures related to Employees, staffing, labor relations, training, compensation, and compliance etc., She is also instrumental in soliciting and maintaining all the certifications and contract vehicles of the company which is necessary for their public sector clients. Her excellent dedication, multi-tasking, Interpersonal Skills, business knowledge & competency has brought a lot of good ethical values and a proven track record of executing and running successful HR programs & Processes withing the company. Aishwarya Seshadri has completed MBA in Human Resources and Finance, from University of Madras, India, and has about 5 years of strong HR and Payroll working experience from India.
