Krishna Alavala

Krishna Alavala is an accomplished IT professional and a leader with more than 20 years of progressive experience in enabling capabilities, agile project management, product development, leading strategic IT initiatives & full life cycle implementations, managing global teams to solve complex business problems in diverse industries. Krishna is also a problem solver involving predictive analytics and numbers.

As a vice president, Krishna is responsible for building and expanding CoEs for Oracle and Microsoft Technologies and lead all strategic business initiatives for TechProjects.

Prior to Tech Projects, Krishna worked with various clients as a consultant and as an employee in many technical, business and leadership roles. Krishna started his career as an oracle programmer worked as a developer, consultant and IT Manager at Fidelity Investments, Hitachi kokusai and Igloo Corp to name a few. Krishna later moved to leadership, agile project management, product management and IT architect roles and worked at IBM, ADVO Inc and Valassis Inc. Krishna demonstrated his ability to lead global IT teams, served as a reliable partner and facilitator between technology and business executives in the organization.

Krishna hailed from Hyderabad, India, did his bachelors in electronics engineering and MBA in marketing. Krishna is a certified scrum master and experienced in lean six sigma methodology and its application.
