Shilpa Thota

Shilpa Thota is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in IT recruitment and human resources management. Currently serving as Senior Manager of IT Recruitments at TechProjects since May 2025, Shilpa previously held the position of HR Manager at Aeries Technology from September 2018 to December 2024, where leadership and team development were key focuses.
