Shweta Narang

Shweta Narang manages and leads the Immigration/Legal and Contracts functions at TechProjects. She effectively manages all their employees’ immigration/non immigration filings and correspondence and takes care of all compliance & legal procedures of the company. Shweta is also responsible for developing compliance programs, reviewing company policies, and advising management on possible risks; and by Coordinating with federal and state regulators, she ensures company functions are handled in a legal and ethical manner while meeting its business goals. Ethical and trustworthy, with a tireless work ethic and deep commitment to growing people, she manages the HR operations of their company.

Shweta Narang joined TechProjects during December 2018 and she has more than 10 years’ experience developing and implementing initiatives that have involved international operations management, process improvements, HR Operations and Project management.
