Tim Bond

Tim Bond is the founder of TechPros.io, a company that provides tech support for businesses. Tim has over 18 years of experience in the IT industry, including 9 years as the managing director of Konduco Limited, a company that delivered international recruitment and training services to major global outsourcing companies and multinational captive centres.

During their time at Konduco, Tim was universally recognised as an innovator of ‘reverse recruitment’ strategies which many companies adopted to improve customer experience at offshore call centres. Tim also partnered with Diversity Works and the Centre for Intercultural Development to deliver large scale training solutions to BPOs in India, including the AICTS scheme which was widely supported by BT Retail.

In their current role at TechPros.io, Tim is using their vast experience in the IT industry to help businesses with their tech needs. Tim is passionate about providing businesses with the support they need to succeed in today’s digital world.
