Sorel Mitra

Sorel Mitra is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in software development and team leadership. Currently serving as a Solar Loans/Remote Technical Lead at TechQuarter since June 2021, Sorel specializes in backend development using TypeScript, Node.JS, and AWS for GoodLeap's solar loan management portal. Prior to this, Sorel held various roles at Luxoft from June 2006 to May 2021, including Backend Services/Remote Lead Developer focusing on micro-services for Avaya Workspaces and leading a global team for the development of Avaya's ChatBot app, Ava. Sorel's career also included significant contributions at SOFTWIN as a team lead in data conversion and XML editing tools. Sorel holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the University of Pitesti, complemented by a robust educational background in Mathematics and Computer Science.
