Alise Munson

Alise Munson is a seasoned marketing and communications professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as Director of Marketing and Communications at TechQuartier since August 2019, Alise has also held positions such as Head of Marketing and Communications and Marketing Communications Consultant within the same organization. As the Founder of Make More Awesome since April 2018, Alise specializes in digital content creation, design, writing, events, and community building. Previous entrepreneurial ventures include co-founding OregonAnimation and Keyframe, LLC, along with significant contributions at HouseSpecial, LLC as Brand/Content Strategist, and WeMake PDX as President of the Board of Directors. With a strong background at LAIKA/house in brand and media strategy, Alise has played a pivotal role in brand development, PR, and content management across various platforms. Alise holds a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Media Communications from Grand Canyon University and a Digital Marketing Certification in Content Strategy from Portland State University.
