Andy Harley is an experienced professional in the construction industry, currently serving as Head of Estimating and formerly as Senior Estimator at Techrete since December 2011. Techrete is a renowned leader in the design, manufacturing, and installation of architectural precast cladding in the UK and Ireland. Prior to this role, Andy worked as a Quantity Surveyor at Laing O'Rourke from June 2006 to November 2011, where involvement in significant projects such as the Amien Street Office Development and the HSBC Data Centre provided extensive experience across Main Contracting, M&E, Groundworks, and Precast Frame Construction. Educational qualifications include a BSc in Construction Economics & Management (Quantity Surveying) and a degree in Construction Technology from the Dublin Institute of Technology.
