Operations Team

The Operations Team at Techrete UK & Ireland is responsible for overseeing the entire production process of bespoke architectural precast concrete products. Led by the Operations Director, the team ensures efficient workflow, maintains high standards of quality, and coordinates between design, manufacturing, and installation stages. The Head Of Production and Production Team Leader manage day-to-day operations in the facilities, while the Operations Administrator supports logistical and administrative tasks to ensure smooth operation.
