Vice President NA Operations and Technical Alliances at TechSee

Ran Sharon has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning several companies and roles. In 1985, they began their career as a Software Engineer in the IDF technical unit. Ran then moved on to work at Elron Telesoft as the Telecom Division Manager from 1992 to 2000. Following that, they co-founded RemoteAbility, Inc. and served as the VP of R&D until 2003 when it was acquired by VCON. At VCON, they became the General Manager of Emblaze VCON, Inc.'s USA operation, successfully reorganizing and turning it into a profitable subsidiary. Ran then held various roles at Vidyo from 2010 to 2018, including Senior Director of Engineering, Federal Product Manager, and Vice President of Customer Engagement Solutions and Emerging Solutions. Currently, they are the Vice President of NA Operations and Technical Alliances at TechSee, where they revolutionize customer support with intelligent visual support solutions powered by AI and AR.

Ran Sharon completed their education in a chronological manner. In 1985, they attended Israel Defence Forces, Computers School - MAMRAM, where they pursued a degree in Computer Programming with a focus on real-time application development. After completing this program in 1986, they furthered their education at Bar-Ilan University from 1988 to 1990. During their time at the university, Ran pursued a degree in Practical Engineering with a specialization in Computer Science.
