Shashank Gupta

Shashank Gupta is an experienced IT Support Specialist currently working at TechSera since November 2021. In this role, notable contributions include identifying over 100 bugs as a Manual Tester, creating more than 150 test cases for comprehensive testing, and managing the Jira board for the testing team. Shashank has also conducted client demos and presentations on product feature changes and has utilized the Agile framework. Prior to TechSera, Shashank worked as a Customer Service Advisor at Reliance SMSL and as an Operations Executive at STARTEK, gaining experience in both voice and non-voice processes.
