Joe Conley

Joe Conley is a seasoned technology executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various companies. Currently serving as Chief Technology Officer at TechSight since June 2024, Joe focuses on providing technical due diligence and optimization services for software companies. Previously, as Product CTO at Trilogy, Joe shaped product strategies for a diverse portfolio of SaaS products and led initiatives in generative AI and due diligence operations. During tenure as CTO at Cecilian Partners, Joe revamped product teams and patented a geospatial algorithm, fostering significant growth. Joe also served as CTO at Percy, where revenue growth was achieved through strategic tech initiatives, and held roles at various other organizations, including Mainstream Integration and Planalytics. Academically, Joe holds a BS in Mathematics and Economics from the University of Scranton and an MS in Computer Science from Drexel University.
