Walter Magana's work experience spans across the tech, military, and communication industries. Walter is currently the VP of Managed Services at TechSlayers since November 2022, and was previously the Director of Education from February 2020 to November 2022. Before that, they held multiple senior information technology specialist and management positions in the US Army from 2004 to 2020, where they improved communication and productivity, supervised and repaired mobile communications equipment, and was responsible for maintaining networks and software. Walter also served as a Service Assurance Tech II at Cox Communications from January 2018 to February 2020.
Walter Magana earned their High School Diploma in General Studies from Don Antonio Lugo High School in 2003. Walter also obtained the CompTIA Security + Certification in September 2014 from CompTIA.
