Austin Norton

Austin Norton has over a decade of experience in program and project management, currently serving as the Program Manager for Revenue Operations at TechSmith since December 2014. Austin's career at TechSmith also includes roles as Project Manager II, Project Manager, Associate Project Manager, and Inside Sales Specialist. Prior to this, Austin worked at Spring Arbor University from August 2008 to December 2014, starting as an Admissions Intern and progressing to Assistant Director of Admissions, where responsibilities included managing relationships with prospective students and handling inquiries. Austin holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration and Marketing from Spring Arbor University, completed in 2011.
