Clint Hoagland

Clint Hoagland has extensive experience in software testing and quality assurance. Clint started their career at Auto-Owners Insurance as a Senior Support Analyst from September 2004 to January 2007. Clint then worked as a Business Analyst (Quality Assurance) from January 2007 to July 2008.

In July 2008, Clint joined TechSmith as a Software Test Specialist and held this position until January 2013. Clint was promoted to the role of Senior Software Test Specialist and worked in this capacity until September 2023. From May 2017 to September 2023, Clint served as a Software Test Lead, overseeing testing activities within the company.

Currently, Clint is employed at TechSmith as a Staff Software Test Specialist, Lead, a position they have held since January 2022.

Clint Hoagland completed their education with a Bachelor's degree in Music, specializing in Music Theory and Composition, from Michigan State University in 2000. Clint then pursued a Master's degree in Music for Film/Multimedia from New York University from 2000 to 2003. Recently, they have been working towards a Master of Science in Computer Science at the University of Michigan-Flint, expected to be completed in 2023.
