Jill Rinckey

Jill Rinckey is a seasoned business owner and event consultant with over 20 years of experience, currently running JMR Consulting Services, LLC since July 2024. Based in Lansing, MI, Jill specializes in comprehensive event support, including day-of coordination and planning consultations. In addition to entrepreneurial endeavors, Jill serves as an Employee Experience Advocate at TechSmith Corporation, focusing on fostering inclusive employee experiences and building meaningful relationships within the organization. Jill has also held roles such as Events Manager, where responsibilities included organizing various events, and Inside Sales Specialist, managing customer inquiries and enhancing sales. Previously, Jill was the Chapter Leader for The Culture Collective from 2019 to 2020 and holds a BA in Management and Organizational Development from Spring Arbor University.
