Melissa Nash

Melissa Nash has a diverse work experience. Melissa started their career in 2006 at Meijer, where they worked as a General Merchandise Manager for 15 years until January 2021. Later on, they joined TechSmith in February 2021 as a Technical Support Specialist. Melissa then progressed to the role of Technical Support Specialist 2 in October 2022, and currently holds the position of Technical Support Specialist 2, Lead starting from March 2023.

Melissa Nash attended Eastern Gateway Community College from 2020 to 2024, where they earned an Associate of Science degree in Business Administration and Management. Prior to that, they completed a certificate of completion in Horse Husbandry/Equine Science and Management at Michigan State University from 2006 to 2008. Melissa also holds additional certifications, including Management Skills for New Managers from the American Management Association (obtained in 2023) and Safemark food certification from Meijer (obtained in March 2016).
