ROSS P. has extensive experience in software engineering and architecture, currently serving as the Principal Software Engineer and Lead for the Caddies Pod at TechSmith Corporation since August 2012. In this role, ROSS oversees a dedicated team focused on enhancing cross-platform and cross-product infrastructure, particularly for subscription-based software solutions. Prior to this, ROSS held various roles at TechSmith, including Desktop Software Architect for Camtasia, where technical guidance and development oversight were provided for native platform software. ROSS began a career in software development at Pioneer State Mutual as a .Net Applications Architect, after additional consulting experience and tenure at Hewlett-Packard Enterprise Services as a Technology Consultant IV. ROSS also founded Asset Recovery Management Systems Software, implementing a cloud-based communications system for financial institutions, and served as a Principle Technical Instructor at New Horizons Computer Learning Centers.
