Ryan Eash

Ryan Eash is a Senior Instructional Designer at TechSmith Corporation, where since February 2007, Ryan has been creating instructional video tutorials to enhance customer learning of the company's software and services. Previously, Eash held roles including Customer Success Manager, where responsibilities involved promoting successful customer adoption and delivering customized training, and Education Evangelist, assisting educators with TechSmith products. Additional experience includes Instructional Designer and Trainer at TechSmith, an Instructional Technology Consultant at East Carolina University, and a Technology Facilitator at Sallie B. Howard School for the Arts. Eash holds a Master’s degree in Instructional Technology from East Carolina University and a Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education from Purdue University Fort Wayne.
