Sarah Keller has a diverse work experience, starting as a Technical Support Specialist at Time Warner Cable in 2007. Sarah then worked as a Technical Support Specialist at Skanska USA Inc and later as a Network Support Specialist at COMLINK. In 2010, they became an Independent IT Consultant where they served as the Owner and Administrator until 2012. From 2013 to 2015, Sarah worked as a Senior Help Desk Analyst at Henry Ford Allegiance Health, followed by a role as a Freelance Analyst starting in 2012. Since 2017, they have been employed at TechSmith, initially as a Technical Support Specialist and was eventually promoted to the role of Team Lead. In their current role, they are responsible for quality assurance for global support structures, handles complex performance issues, coordinates resolutions, and conducts training sessions. Throughout their career, Sarah has demonstrated their skills in technical support, help desk, network support, and freelance analysis.

Sarah Keller is currently enrolled in Lansing Community College, where they are pursuing a degree in Business Administration and Management, General. Prior to this, they attended Colorado State University Global from 2019 to 2022, focusing on Business Administration, Management and Operations. From 2008 to 2018, they were a transfer student at Terra State Community College, working towards a Bachelor's of Science degree. In addition to their education, Sarah has obtained various certifications in management skills and professional development from institutions such as the American Management Association and DDI | Development Dimensions International.
