Vinoth Kumar Thiruppathy is currently the Director of Solution Delivery at Techsol. Vinoth has over 12 years of experience in the IT industry, with a focus on healthcare and life sciences. Vinoth has held various positions at Techsol Life Sciences, including Director, Associate Director, Systems Programmer Analyst, and Service Delivery Manager. In their current role, Vinoth is responsible for implementing Techsol's MedInquirer solution and managing cloud services. Vinoth also serves as a subject matter expert for medical information management and cloud platform validation. In addition, Vinoth coordinates the execution of client specific user acceptance tests of the MedInquirer solution on Techsol’s cloud platform. Vinoth also works with the ‘MedInquirer’ Service Desk team to offer continuous application support as per client SLAs. Furthermore, Vinoth communicates client feedback, product gaps and identified bugs to Techsol’s MedInquirer product development team and suggests innovative improvements to the application. Vinoth is also continuously engaged in the development of new pharmaceutical information systems and data related services at Techsol. Vinoth has worked with Enterprise Architects for large scale IT projects related to systems integration, platform / data migration, business intelligence, data analytics and master data management in the healthcare segment. Vinoth has also supported all DM functions related to ETL processes, data analytics, data visualization, data quality monitoring and reporting. Some of the tools that they are proficient in include MS SQL Server, Tableau, R, Python, Talend Open Studio, Data Analyzer, Informatica, Maestro MDM Suite, Visual Paradigm, Modelio, Sparx Enterprise Architect, JIRA, Visio, and Confluence. Vinoth has successfully executed and managed 27 complex enterprise level projects related to clinical information systems analysis, requirements gathering, software implementation, application upgrade, systems validation (IQ/OQ/PQ), data migration, business user training, clinical trials business process management and custom reports development for around 18 global CROs, life sciences and pharmaceutical companies. Vinoth has also built and led a team of 5 techno-functional consultants to provide process oriented e-clinical business solutions for clinical data and trial management in the pharmaceutical and clinical research IT sector. Moreover, Vinoth has led the operations team while setting up Techsol’s 24/7 ITIL based 'Service Desk' for offering technical and functional support for Oracle Life Sciences solutions. Vinoth was also responsible for GxP assessment, managing systems implementation, and conducting regulatory compliance audit (21CFRPart11) for all business operations on ‘Techsol’s Life Sciences Vertical Cloud’. Furthermore, they played a leading role in developing Techsol’s Quality Management System (ISO-9001:2008) by authoring the organization’s policies and standard operating procedures.

Vinoth Kumar Thiruppathy has a post-graduate diploma in clinical research from the Inter-Ed Faculty of Clinical Research, a bachelor's degree in biotechnology and genetic engineering from Merit International Institute of Technology, and a PCMB from Montfort Hr. Sec. School. Vinoth also has certificates in big data and Hadoop essentials, master data management, Python programming for data science, Tableau 9 for data science, and R programming for data science.
